Analyze with Netigate

With Netigate, you can carry out analysis at an individual level as well as on the basis of entire groups. In case the survey is not anonymous, you can easily see how many people responded to the survey and who has answered so far. Depending on how you want to do your analysis, you can choose to see what each contributor has responded or see the results broken down into groups.In Netigate the result is easy to understand, whether you prefer to see it presented in terms of pure numbers, or through illustrations. The result shows how many recipients have chosen a particular answer, the proportions shown in percentage, and all illustrated in transparent graphs that further describe the results.
With Netigate, you will effortlessly find out who has responded to your survey, and to what extent. Statistics will, in a clear manner, show the number of recipients who responded to one or more issues, how many people who were inside the survey but did not reply to a question, and how many who did not open the survey at all. If your survey is not anonymous, you can also see which recipients did what. This type of analysis is valuable to see which groups or among which recipients there is an interest for the studied area.
Analyzing answers with cross tabulation
With the feature of cross tabulation, you can choose to analyze individual groups depending on how they have or have not answered. For example, you can choose to see the results only for the people who responded that they are living in Stockholm, that they are women or that they are working on the company's sales department. You can also combine these three and get a further limited range. It is also possible to exclude answer options in the same way. This feature makes it easier to see the connection and to analyse at a micro level.Customize the layout to the company profile
When you want to present the results too your colleagues, bosses, customers or others, you can choose the appearance of the graphics. For example, it may be valuable to adapt it to the company's overall profile so that customers and employees recognize it. Excel and Multiple Excel
When you export to Excel, you can choose how much information you want and whether the results will be reported anonymously or not. The file can be generated in percentage or in absolute values.By exporting to the Multiple Excel file several studies will be displayed in the same document. You will then also get a graph that shows aggregated results of the studies which allows comparisons.
Word
With Word export a document is created that show each individual answer.PowerPoint
With PowerPoint export a vivid document is created with graphs and text that can easily be updated and changed as needed. PowerPoint is perfect as a tool for the presentations to colleagues, customers or others.SPSS

We believe that it is important to protect the individual integrity and therefore it is important to be clear whether an investigation is anonymous or not. Netigate can help you with technical limits which make it impossible for the system to break down the results to such small components that the anonymity is at risk.
